Dari Mackenzie Achieves DTM

Kudos to Club VP of Education and immediate Past President Dari Mackenzie for achieving her DTM in June 2020.

The Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation is the highest a Toastmaster can achieve. It denotes completion of both the Communication and Leadership tracks of the previous education program (now superseded by Pathways). Given that fewer than 1% of Toastmasters reach DTM status, this is a very big achievement and honor!

You may notice all the letters that Toastmasters members have after their names. For a more thorough understanding of these acronyms, you can read The ABCs of Toastmasters Acronyms on Toastmasters International’s website. Since the introduction of Pathways in 2017, the number of acronyms has increased!
